Processing time

Current production times are 4 - 12 weeks unless the item is readily available inside the shop.
Ready-to-ship items are processed in 1 - 3 days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot control delays due to customs.

Domestic
Shipping within Canada is based on weight and distance calculated at checkout. The fee is roughly $15~ for 1 - 2 items.
All orders over $300 have free shipping.

USA
Shipping to the US is based on weight and distance calculated at checkout. The fee is roughly $15~ for 1 - 2 items.
All orders over $300 have free shipping.

International

Shipping to the rest of the world is calculated based on weight and distance at check out. 

Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
