Normal production time is approximately 3 - 8 weeks. Sometimes sooner. During peak season from November - January production time can range between 8 - 12 weeks.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges due to the handmade, custom and intimate nature of the garment.

Yes. We ship via SF Express International. It is $15 with tracking for orders under 3lbs. Shipping takes about 2-weeks or more depending on customs.
*A photo of the front and back of your resident ID card id is needed for shipping purposes. Without a photo, we cannot ship the items to you.

Free shipping is available for orders over $300CAD if the shipping location is to Canada, USA or China.
